Cooper Island Beach Club – job opportunities

Role: Kitchen Porters

Responsibilities: required to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, heavy lifting is required, plus operation of dishwasher, hand washing, assisting in basic food prep and front of house cleaning duties.

Role: Boat Captain

Responsibilities: must have RYA Yacht Master Offshore or equivalent, responsible for guest & supply transfers, general boat maintenance.

Role: Gardiner

Responsibilities: general ground work and heavy lifting.

Qualification for all positions: 

• live on island in shared accommodation
• fluent in English both spoken and written
• must be prepared to travel to Cooper Island on small vessels in rough weather conditions
• be physically fit to maintain the pace of service, working long hours in a hot environment, outside and in wet conditions.
