Audit Manager

Audit Manager: Accountancy Firm requires an Audit Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall, scheduling, planning, supervision and management of all audit and accountancy staff and engagements; ensuring that  work is completed on time and within budget; providing leadership, control and guidance as required to staff; ensuring that high standards of quality, reporting and advice are maintained throughout the audit; reviewing the work of audit and accountancy staff, and ensuring that files are properly prepared, cross referenced and documented before partner review; keeping current with IAS/IFRS and other technical matters and assisting in the training and development of junior staff.

Qualification:

• hold a professional accounting qualification
• at least five years experience in an audit environment with some previous management or senior supervisory experience

BVIslanders or Belongers preferred.
