Catamaran Charters & The Catamaran Company is now accepting applications for the following positions: Bareboat Manager: to manage technical and logistical side of bareboat operation. Responsibilities include: managing dock staff, completing boat technical checks, maintenance and repairs, assisting customers (briefings, chase calls), new boat acceptance and communicating with factories on warranties. Applicant must have strong industry and boat technical & mechanical knowledge. Candidates will be required to work long hours, most week-ends (including Saturdays AND Sundays) and holidays. Customer Service and Conflict Management Coordinator. To provide and deliver professional high quality service and assistance before, during, and after charter. To oversee the process of conflict resolution with clients and prevent escalated issues. To create and implement strategies to prevent potential conflicts and to enhance product and service quality.
