Scrub Island Resort is currently seeking candidate for the following positions

Beverage Manager:

Applicants must have 5-7 years working on a 5 star resort bartending and bar management. In addition, this person will have education in wine, cocktail list creation, purchasing, training, and bartending. This person will oversee all bar staff and assistants with opening / closing the restaurants and bars as needed, and check orders and stock as it arrives. Scheduling, event orders and execution, and computer knowledge a must. Applicants must be available to work weekends, evening shifts and Public Holidays. Belonger or BVIslander preferred.
