Chef/1st mate

Urgently seeking two (2) Chef/1st mate. Available to work one weekends and holidays. Preference will be made towards those that have experience in digital marketing or a Padi Dive Master.

Qualification:

  • experienced in working on boats as a 1st mate
  • experienced high end dishes, especially European dishes and can entertain guests
  • culinary qualifications from a reputable school
  • have STCW95/10 certifications
