Chef de Partie

Are you an experienced Chef with the ability to prepare international foods? Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Chef de Partie to join our high energy team. They will be versatile in providing different styles of cuisine (Asian, Italian, etc.). Applicants must be based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• have experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star resort environment
• excellent knife skills, and show a passion and pride in their work
• excellent knowledge of food safety, storage, health standards and nutrition
• socially confident with excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with guests
