Qualification: 

  • at least 6 years experience in the construction field
  • knowledge of project planning techniques, estimating, site management, setting out building points and elevations for construction
  • preparing cost estimates for contract modifications
  • performing cost and price technical evaluation on change orders
  • knowledge of construction practices and methods
