Corporate lawyer – c. 5-10 PQE – BVI

Role Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with City experience for our leading offshore law firm client. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre lawyer seeking a new challenge together with a fantastic lifestyle in the Caribbean.

The work is exceptional, working on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional corporate matters including high-value M&A and JVs.

Qualification: 

This role will suit a corporate lawyer with a background at either a City or US firm in London, or at an offshore firm in the Channel Islands or Caribbean. Applicants should ideally have between five and ten years’ PQE although consideration will be given to lawyers outside of that level.
