A very exciting opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal has arisen with a well-known law firm in the British Virgin Islands. Our client, a leading Offshore Magic Circle firm with a global presence, is actively looking for a top-tier Corporate Paralegal and/or Junior Associate to join their busy office.

Working as part of an established team, the successful candidate will support fee-earners and Partners across a range of corporate transactions with varying levels of complexity.

The successful applicant will be working on large cross-border deals with reputable firms, making this the perfect opportunity to gain offshore experience at one of the most internationally respected law firms.

What you’ll need

• Applicants must have prior Paralegal or Associate working experience.
• Must be a dedicated, professional, and hard-working legal professional
• If you are not admitted in England & Wales, you will only be accepted for a Paralegal position until you are admitted in the British Virgin Islands
• For the right candidate, our client will assist with relocation and studying for the QLTS so you can become England & Wales admitted to assist with your career progression
