TortolaExpress, members of the Aeropost Network is looking for an experienced Customer Service Hero to join our young and energetic team making online shopping happy and easy. Your role would be to offer customer support face to face, via phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around our service. You will literally be the voice of the organization, and so a strong relationship between us and our customers will start with you. So only the “WOW” makers need apply!
Excellent written and spoken communication skills will be necessary to obtain the position. CXC Grade 2 or above (or equivalent qualification) in Math and English is a must as you will be carrying out cashing duties and also providing written communication with customers on a daily basis. Only persons with at least 3-5 years hands-on experience in demanding customer service positions and/or marketing/sales roles, with a proven track record, will be seriously considered. And since we work on computers all day finding some of the best deals online, you should have a fast typing ability, open to learning new systems quickly, experience using social media, and have previously bought something on eBay or Amazon or some similar online shopping site. Based on the nature of our business, you would be expected to and should be able to lift up to a minimum of 50lbs.
