CUSTOMER SERVICE/HOSPITALITY MANAGER

MarineMax Vacations, the fastest growing charter company in the BVI, is looking to fill a leadership role in the organization. In only five years our fleet of purpose built luxury power catamarans are attracting thousands of guests from around the world. More impressive that the fleet is the quality of people that make up our team.

Expanding to our newly constructed building/base at Nanny Cay has created the need for a top quality leader in a “Guest experience” role.

This individual will need to be:

  • Experienced in hospitality and customer service;
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Understand the seasonal and demanding work schedule of customer service;
  • Have excellent computer knowledge of Excel spreadsheet, Word documents, Outlook and other software’s;
  • Training and proven ability to manage/supervise others;
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, techniques and systems;
