Executive Chef required for exclusive Villa rental property on Virgin Gorda.
The successful candidate would have overall responsibility for the entire kitchen operation which is tasked with producing the highest standard of international cuisine for our very discerning clientele. Menu planning, food ordering and storage, stock control, staff training, scheduling and supervision are all tasks that this candidate must be comfortable and proficient in. The flexibility to prepare and serve food in various locations on and off the property is essential. Candidates must be willing and able to work long hours, weekends and Holidays when required. This position requires that the employee live on property in shared accommodation. Couples will be considered.
