North Sound Resorts Management Limited seeks an Executive Sous Chef. A successful candidate will have experience in managing food costs, overseeing ordering, minimizing loss, spoilage and waste, creating new menus, executing banquet and special events menus/buffets. The Executive Sous Chef will also be responsible for leading and training staff in multiple locations, ensuring that quality culinary dishes are consistently served.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Chef/Cook and minimum of Sous Chef experience is preferred
  • Communication and delegation are important and candidate must be able to demonstrate creativity, knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
