First Mate/Hostess

Hiring a First Mate/Hostess for a successful day sail charter boat. Help with provisioning, cooking, cleaning etc. Must be available on weekends and holidays and be willing to work long hours as necessary.

Qualification:

• Must have STCW certificate
• high end cooking experience
• exceptionally strong swimmer and be physically able to retrieve a person out of the water
• passion for excellence with respect to customer satisfaction, have strong interpersonal skills, and excel at entertaining and managing large groups of people
• 5+ years customer service industry experience required
