FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR – for 3 PUSSER’S High Standard full-service restaurants with emphasis on Caribbean cuisine. Must been responsible for multi-unit, casual dining operation.


  • Minimum 5 years experience as GM, and 3 years as multi-unit director of a quality operation
  • Have reputation for running strongly profitable operations, adherence to in-place financial controls, a history of being well respected by staff, and hands-on when necessary
  • Must have impeccable references and history for not changing jobs every year
