Guest Services Manager

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Guest Services Manager. The GSM will be able to coach and motivate their team, leading by example and happy to be hands on whenever needed.

Qualification:

  • minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a five-star hospitality setting
  • extensive event and reservation management experience
  • POS training with strong accounting and cash handling skills
  • excellent communication in both written and verbal English
  • demonstrate high level computing skills
  • hold a valid, clean driver’s license
  • based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate
