Junior Associate Consultant

A prominent Consulting firm in the BVI is hiring for the position of Junior Associate Consultant with a concentration in Marketing.

Candidate must be able to set work objectives and work independently to meet those objectives, plan and oversee projects, work on multiple projects simultaneously, create new marketing strategies, create and oversee organizational structures and carry out on going consultancy locally, regionally and internationally. The successful candidate should also be open to continued training and self-development in keeping with current industry trends. Successful candidate will be required to travel regionally and internationally.

Qualification:

• demonstrate and have a proven record in the management of business portfolios with strong leadership and managerial competencies
•  knowledge of graphic design skills, desktop publishing and assist with web development
• be sociable, work well with people, possess effective communication skills; computer literate and able to adapt to all situations, work extended and varied hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
• 4 year degree or equivalent is required
• minimum of 10 years’ experience in this industry or similar role
