KITCHEN Steward

KITCHEN Steward: Guana Island Hotel Corp Leasing seeks a full-time kitchen steward. Must be flexible and available to work some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must be highly motivated and proactive.

Qualification:

• be familiar with kitchen and cooking appliances
• ability to perform a variety of tasks including daily cleaning procedures, overnight deep cleaning and some food preparation, store room inventory control
• 2 years in culinary services and/or a training program preferred
