Cooper Island Beach Club:
Commis Chef – Required to prepare International cuisine to hotel and yachting clientele. Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen duties and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Must be familiar with commercial grade kitchen equipment (thermo mix/combi-oven/sous-vide).
Food and Beverage Administrator – Required to assist management with restaurant supervision, daily operations, inventory control and guest services. Candidates must be prepared to live in shared accommodation, travel to Cooper Island on vessels in rough weather, be physically fit to maintain pace of service and work long hours in a hot environment.
