Operations Manager

Role Summary: 

Operations Manager required for busy marina, must be willing to work weekends and holidays and be able to manage the daily operations including inquiries, reservations, overseeing of staff and subcontractors and maintenance.

Qualification: 

Must possess excellent boat handling skills and have a thorough understanding of pleasure yachts systems as well as safe fueling procedures.

Must have excellent communication skills, be fully computer literate in both Microsoft word and excel

Possess the following qualifications: MCA VHF radio operator; MCA First aid; MCA Fire prevention and fire fighting; Yacht Master or equivalent; STCW; HSE health and safety.

Commercial diving experience would be a big plus.

BVI islanders or belongers preferred.
