An upcoming BVI Business is now accepting applications for the position of Operations Manager.


Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Directing the company’s daily activities to ensure the smooth effective and efficient running of the organization for the benefit of employees, management and customers.  Managing inventory, purchasing and supplies is key. Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with individuals at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential. Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegating, are required. You must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your team, and always seeking to improve best practice. Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.
