Job Description:

Main tasks

Administration of trusts and companies independently from incorporation through dissolution (including the preparation of minutes, power of attorney, registers, opening of bank account, filing with registry through the VIRRGIN system and update of records)
Monitoring of the structures to review inflow and outflow to comply with AML requirements
Execution of internal and external payments, other banking transactions
Conducting ongoing and annual file reviews
Implementing company policies and procedures
Personal contact with clients, advisors, lawyers and bankers

Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role

Minimum 7 years of experience in the administration of trust or corporate structures is recommended
STEP member or in the process of passing exams for the membership of STEP
Distinctly reliable and precise, conscientious and professional work attitude
Pro-active
Able to establish priorities with strong organizational skills
Capable of problem-solving and acting independently
Professional, helpful and at ease in every day working situations
Strong knowledge of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, and Anti-money laundering regulations
Fully computer literate (MS Office and outlook)
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, Spanish or Portuguese is an asset
