Project Architect/Project Manager/Architect/Architectural Designer

TigerQi Architecture is seeking to hire an Architect/Architectural Designer

Qualification:

• minimum twelve (12) years experience
• Bachelor of Architecture degree, minimum
• at least five (5) years of experience executing small and mid-sized projects from Concept Design through to completion of Construction
• experience supervising draftspeople/ junior designers in the preparation of Construction Documents, and in coordination of design and drawings with multiple disciplines including Structural Engineering.

Seeking Project Architect/Project Manager

Qualification:

• Project Management Institute, or similar recognized certification
• Degree in Construction Project Management a plus
• Excellent skills in contemporary design in harmony with the design approach of the firm, and an ability to quickly grasp context and site issues
• Design portfolio must include conceptual and well as built work
• Experience with producing design imagery and construction documents in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• AutoDesk Revit platform preferred
