Restaurant and Housekeeping Manager

HELP WANTED: Seeking Restaurant and Housekeeping Manager for hospitality property. his is a live in position with extended work hours during busy times. The successful candidate will be responsible for weekly menu planning, recruiting and managing a small, well functioning team and overseeing all aspects of the kitchen.

Qualification:

• at least 6 years experience and certification as chef as well as all areas of housekeeping
• THACCP regulations apply and training in this area will be advantageous
