Sales and Marketing Manager

Sales and Marketing Manager: New Hardware and Furniture Company is hiring for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibility will include procurement of goods and services; managing the day to day operations of the procurement process. The successful candidate will manage and create new Marketing Strategies, advertising, promotion and sales of the Company’s products locally, regionally and internationally. Successful candidate will be required to travel regionally and internationally to ensure the Company’s products are in keeping with current trends and needs. Candidate must have flexibility and ability to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Qualification:

• demonstrate and have a proven record in strong leadership and managerial competencies
• ability to set work objectives, directs, supervises and reviews all processes
• knowledge of branding and brand testing when promoting Company products and services
• be sociable as responsibility will include interactions with high end vendors
• be creative and innovative; ability to generate new ideas for customer incentives and other sales and marketing duties
• work well with people; excellent negotiator; effective communication skills; computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft office; QuickBooks point of sale accounting system
• possess a 4 year degree or a minimum of 10 years’ experience in this industry or similar industry
