Senior Construction Manager

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking a Senior Construction Manager. Successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and lead an entire construction team. Organizational skills essential with high degree of attention to detail, as well as ability to work well under pressure, make decisions and take the appropriate actions.

Qualification:

• minimum of 10 years construction management experience
• hold a degree or HNC in Construction or Construction Management and be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB)
• IT proficient and experienced in working as a team player, managing QA/QC procedures, time lines, sequencing, procurement and programming schedules as well as an appreciation of commercial matters and contract administration
• knowledge of Fire and Health & Safety responsibilities, environmental protection strategies and execution.
