Senior Maintenance Technician

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Senior Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate must be willing to live on Virgin Gorda or relocate.

Qualification:

• must hold an Engineering Diploma
• be trade certified in either HVAC&R with advanced electrical skills or Electrical (Heavy & Light) with advanced HVAC&R capabilities
• at least 10 years’ experience operating and maintaining equipment, either marine based or land based micro-grid operation
• must have at least 8 years’ experience in a hospitality environment with a minimum of 5 years’ in a 5 star setting
• strong coaching skills within a team setting and be able to handle complex logistical challenges.
• fluent in the English language, able to work flexible hours, respond to emergencies out of hours when necessary and be able to do on-call shifts staying on Necker Island
