Servers

The Rooftop by Brandywine and Brandywine Estate Restaurant are both seeking full time and part time servers. These are not entry level positions and previous experience in similar restaurants is essential.

Training will be provided however you must have basic food, wine and beverage knowledge especially Mediterranean food and wines from around the world. You will be expected to work long and busy hours, weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for someone with good work ethic, a willingness to be a part of our team, with common sense and a smile!
