Skipper / Briefer

SKIPPER/BRIEFERs wanted for busy charter company.  The ideal candidates will be qualified to a minimum of RYA Offshore Yachtmaster with commercial endorsement and hold a valid STCW95.  A provable working knowledge of boat mechanics, electrics and rigging is a must.   The successful applicant will have a proven record within a customer service environment and have existing in depth knowledge of BVI waters and anchorages. Great personality, high standards and detail orientated is a must; a second language is a distinct advantage.  Must be able to take clients out on check-out sails, do full technical and chart briefings and handle chase boat to assist clients. Instructional sailing skills a plus.  Must be able to account for time and have knowledge of basic Office programs. Public Holidays and weekend work is applicable.
