Station Manager

Zking Radio Station invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Station Manager. Overseeing all sales/marketing activities; Hiring, training and evaluating employees, as well as other human resource functions.

QUALIFICATION:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management
• 10 years work experience
• Experience from an advertising agency will be an advantage
• Work well independently and lead team members
• Excellent oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to multi-task different projects simultaneously
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Extensive editorial background or deep understanding and experience of speech/news programming
• Plan strategically and execute managerial and executive duties from start to completion
