Junior Quantity Surveyor

Yates Associates Construction is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor. Requirements: should be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications, capable of securing request for tenders, be able to produce fully priced and details bills of quantities, prepare costs for variations, produce progress and cost reports when requested.  Should be able to be involved in cost plans, tracking labor costs and efficiency throughout a project. Ability to meet deadlines, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task under pressure, ability to work both in the office and on the field.

Qualification:

• at least 1 – 2 years experience
• Confidence in dealing with people of all levels in a professioanl manner at all times
• computer literate
