Villa Maintenance/Management position

Nutmeg Designs Property Maintenance is looking to hire a couple for Villa Maintenance/Management position.

BV Islanders or belongers preferred.

Qualification: 

• 25+ years experience
• excellent self-managing and record keeping skills
• skilled in Microsoft Office products including Excel
• knowledgeable in general home maintenance including light carpentry, electrics, plumbing, pool works, gardens, import logistics and sourcing
• have own tools and truck
• ability to multi task, handle multiple projects and live on-site periodically
