Villa Sous Chef

Split Holdings Limited of Moskito Island is seeking one Villa Sous Chef. The successful candidate must be willing to live on Moskito Island or Virgin Gorda. The candidate will be expected to communicate with guests in professional manner regarding their requirements both prior to and during their stay, and be able to coach others on the team.

Qualification:

• minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar roll or establishment
• excellent culinary skills, and an all-round knowledge of the kitchen, experience of conducting stock takes and stock control and the ability to order goods including international purchases
• strong organizational skills, work well within a team but also be proactive when working alone
• fluent in the English language, able to work flexible hours, and be able to do on-call shifts when necessary
