Good day, my question to you is that my grandmother was from England and some of my relatives have gotten their British birth certificates and Canadian birth certificates based that she was from England. Does this help me out in any way for cruising permits in the BVI when we come to sail there from Canada for our retirement and the length we can stay there based on having both??
