Can I mail maple syrup (canned) to a friend in the bvi’s? Will it be allowed in?

It will be allowed in but will have to go through customs and must be assigned a value (even if it came out of a tree in your backyard). I would not recommend sending anything via regular mail to the BVi. Check with your friend and see if they subscribe to a local freight forwarding service like Aeropost.com/eis
