Does the ferry to Virgin Gorda operate in November? What does the ferry look like and is the ride smooth?
My friend gets sea sick sometimes, thanks

Yes it does.
I assume you mean the ferry from Tortola to Virgin Gorda. IT is not bumpy at all, but it truly is open to interpretation as sea sickness can occur even on the smoothest of vessels.
If you wish, you can fly from Tortola to VG via Antilles Helicopters.
