Part-Time Property Manager

Role Summary: 

Part-Time Property Manager – Family group looking for a part-time Property Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, articulate, hardworking individual, with the ability to work independently. This opportunity is also open to small firms. Initially, the opportunity will be a one-year contract, but this is subject to extension based on performance and need.

Location can be either Virgin Gorda or Tortola, however travel will be required between both islands (appropriate expenses would be paid).

Responsibilities: 

The candidate would be responsible for managing all aspects of the family properties to include inspecting properties, liaising with tenants, contractors, lawyers, and insurance adjusters, along with full reporting on activities back to the family group.

Qualification: 

• experience with property management would be a desirable but is not required
