Getting Around

Cars are the preferred method of island transport and powerful enough to trundle up let’s just say our more adventurous mountainous roads. Yes we do have spectacular ocean roads to drive along but keep an eye out for the odd pot hole and our speed bumps. Checkout our tips for getting around, as for parking well let’s just say ‘tola style is extra creative.

If you find yourself without a ride, the BVI is one of the very few remaining places where you can just hitch a ride. Our favorite ride so far is a concrete mixer truck with a dining room chair passenger seat.
