Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Due to the hours required, applicants must live on Virgin Gorda or be willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a food and beverage related supervisory or management role at a five-star property
• old at minimum a WSET level 2 qualification
• valid, clean driver’s license
• high level of experience with inventory control and stock management, with excellent computer literacy
• highly organized and show passion and pride in their work
• happy to be hands-on, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts in varied locations around the island
