First Mate

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one First Mate. Applicants must be based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• strong swimmers with experience cleaning and maintaining boats, with crew experience an advantage
• resort experience is preferred, with bar or restaurant experience an advantage
• be socially confident with excellent communication skills
• high degree of attention to detail and have a passion and pride in their work
