Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tortola. Caribbean Head office is seeking a QS to work on a challenging hotel development project in the BVI with experience in Cost Planning / Estimates preparation; RFQs and BoQ analysis and reports. Preparation of price calculations and maintenance of databases; with confidence to liaise closely with the client to ensure that performance levels are maintained contractors’ accounts are managed effectively.

Qualifiction:

• 5 years post qualification quantity surveying international experience in hotel consultancy and construction
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineer
