Office and on-site assistant

Role Summary: 

Full-time office and on-site assistant needed for a busy growing company in Design, Architecture and Construction.

Qualification: 

  • proficient with at least 5 years experience in Microsoft Office and Word, QuickBooks, Excel, and bookkeeping
  • customer service based, able to multi-task, assist with on-site reviews and have their own transportation.

 

BVI Belongers/Islanders preferred.
