Open positions in Dream Yacht Tortola

Dream Yacht Tortola is seeking to qualified applicants for the following positions:

Captain to operate sailing vessels for charter and deliver yachts to our bases throughout the Caribbean.

• have a commercial license with sail endorsement
• minimum of three years’ charter
• delivery experience and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service

Chef/First Mate – Responsibilities include provisioning, preparing & serving meals, cleaning & assisting captain with sailing of the yacht.

• minimum of two year’s charter experience as chef/mate
• valid STCW certificate is required
• culinary training
• ability to speak French preferred

Customer Service Assistant – Position requires excellent communication & computer skills, an out-going personality and the flexibility to satisfy the needs of an international clientele. Occasional evening work required.

• minimum of three years’ experience in the charter or hospitality industry
• ability to speak French preferred in order to liaise with headquarters

Marine Technician

• minimum of five years’ experience
• excellent knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
• experience with water makers, air-conditioning & refrigeration

All positions require working on weekends & holidays.

BVIslanders and Belongers preferred.
