Operations Manager

Yacht management company seeking full time Operations Manager. This position carries with it a great deal of responsibility, and the successful applicant must be willing to make a long-term commitment to the company. Position will require overtime and work on holidays and weekends.

Qualification:

• significant experience maintaining (to include extensive mechanical experience) and operating various types of yachts
• ability to provide very complimentary references
• Experience in managing staff is also essential
• detail-oriented and have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and in writing
