Hello,
I am wondering what qualifies a police report as “clean”. I have a DWAI on my record from the US a few years ago, and am wondering if this will be a problem when it comes to my work permit. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

You may want to discuss this with your employers before they start the work permit process.
Unfortunately people applying have had trouble with DWAIs/DUIs in the past, but it’s dealt with on a case by case scenario by immigration so ultimately it is up to them.
