Good day! Just want to know if how many days will be the labour permit to be issued. Is there’s any possibility that it will be rejected?Since my employer in BVI have submitted my papers 50 days ago.Thank you for the response. I am really excited to work in this island.☺

The entire procedure is explained and the time frame – in your case, I would recommend a phone call to the Labour Department either from you or your employer once a week to check the progress. Explain how long you’ve been waiting and ask a for an ETA.

Ive been waiting the exact length of time, did you get and ETA or an update on your progress?
I did – I asked to speak to Mr. Philips and he was very helpful. Gave me an ETA. This was for a renewal, but I did the same when I applied for new permits.
