Hi, are there any online newspapers where people list houses for rent? or should we go directly to estate agents?
– great website by the way. We are moving from another island and when we moved there they didn’t have anything like this.

Propertyskipper (Island Property search website) covers BVI – and advertises both residential sales and rentals from leading agents on the island: https://www.propertyskipper.com/bvi/

I would recommend http://bviproperty.com/
They have a comprehensive list of properties for rent.
Going directly to agents is also viable through a Google search ‘BVI Realty agents’.
Whether to go via agents or direct online listings is a choice dependent on what’s easier and faster for you.

You can also check out Virgin Islands Property & Yacht magazine for various agents as their contact information and listings are included.
