Good morning Judith,
If you are moving to the BVI, expats’ children are welcomed to attend the public primary and high schools by applying through a non-BVI Belonger application.
In order to enroll you 14 year old daughter, you must do so before the year when she turns fifteen. An application will be accepted if the school year starts when your daughter is still 14 but not once she turns 15. In that case you will need to enroll her in on of the private schools.
Your five year old has many options for public and private schools. Please see http://bvinewbie.com/education-schools/ for more information.
