Cooper Island Beach Club – Kitchen Porters required to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, heavy lifting is required, plus operation of dishwasher, handwashing, assisting in basic food prep and front of house cleaning duties.  Boat Captain, must have RYA Day Skipper or equivalent, responsible for guest & supply transfers, general boat maintenance. Chef, must have a recognized qualification NVQ Level 2 or above and a minimum of 2 years working in a high volume kitchen. Food & Beverage Associate with experience in both kitchen & FOH, will be coordinating with local farmers & wholesale suppliers.  Wait Staff, Bartenders, Baristas with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working all aspects of bar & restaurants including a knowledge of Micros POS. Guest Service Representative. Gardener for general ground work and heavy lifting. All positions will be required to live on island in shared accommodation and must be fluent in English both spoken and written. Must be prepared to travel to Cooper Island on small vessels in rough weather conditions and be physically fit to maintain the pace of service, working long hours in a hot environment, outside and in wet conditions.  BVIslander & Belongers preferred but all qualified candidates.
