Fast paced restaurant is seeking a Chief Cook and a Baker/Breakfast Cook.
Must be open to exploring cuisines of different cultures and be able to work under pressure. Applicant must have an impeccable work ethic, able to lead other staff and manage kitchen inventory.
- possess professional training, either under a professional chef or at college level
- creativity and wide knowledge of seafood and vegetarian/vegan foods also required
- baker/breakfast cook must be able to work quickly and produce quality food products
- both applicants must have a minimum 2 years of experience and maintain a clean working environment
